Typical Intern Schedule

Modifications to the 2010 July/August schedule may vary from what is below. Details will be provided to those who apply.

DAILY

• Morning Reflection (Team & Individual) Approx. 20 min.

• Regular work day Approx. 8 hrs

• Sports (basketball, soccer, ultimate Frisbee, etc). Approx. 1 hour twice a week.

WEEKLY

• Business Class (study a variety of books to enhance our skills in the work place and discover more about the film and media industry) Approx. 1 hr

• Formation Class (to build character and ethics in the workplace, we study different principles with the goal of challenging ourselves to become the people God created us to be. Learning from the works of spiritual leaders such as Jason Everett, Matthew Kelly, and Rick Warren).

• Integration evening (Sundays; Bible study, dinner and games) Approx. 2 hrs

BI-WEEKLY

• Film Screening/ Movie night (review films submitted to the company and others) Approx. 2 hrs

MONTHLY- Upon Availabilty

• Sight-seeing Sunday/ Grocery shopping (trip to a local attraction and personal errands) All day

• Mall trip/ Grocery shopping (time for shopping and personal errands) Half day

QUARTERLY

• Personal Learning Project (everyone researches an area of interest related media and makes a presentation to the team) 2 hrs a week

TYPICAL SPECIAL EVENTS

• Concerts

• Talks – Seminar from producer and/or marketing staff

• Disney

• West Palm weekend

• Screenings

• Gatherings at producer’s house

• Talks from special guests such as public figures, filmmakers, and business guru’s
